When you place an online order, the details of that order are immediately routed to our fulfillment center through our SmartFill fulfillment management platform. Your items are included in the order notification where they gather, and carefully pack them.

Each order is carefully packed using durable boxes, materials, and tape. Once the package is securely sealed, the shipping label is attached and scanned, and ready for shipping.

Our network of delivery partners pick up the package for shipping and deliver it to you within 1-3 days. You can track orders through our shipping partners, which include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Your tracking number will arrive via email once our fulfillment team completes their packing process.

Delivery times are based on your location and import laws. For international packages, they will be delivered by the local delivery service provider for the destination country.
